So sweat isn’t just something I do, it is who I am…
I am a Pound Pro. Yep, I enjoy smashing drum sticks together to a rocking beat. Wanna learn more about Pound Fitness click here . I also teach kidFIT in summer.
I enjoy stand up paddle boarding, on the local lake here in Snohomish Couny, Washington. I bought my own Boga Yoga Board a few years ago and I pretend to be a mermaid anytime it is warm enough. There is something so freeing about being on the water and getting a great workout. If you haven’t tried it, I highly suggest you give it a go.
I gotta be 100% honest here, my biggest love in fitness is all boot camp related. I love flipping tires, throwing battle ropes, and agility ladder workouts. I seriously get this giggle when I think about the fun I have setting up a circuit routine.

Like yoga! and all kinds of it! Especially, inversion, aerial, and ashtanga.
And let’s not forget my very first sweat love- RUNNING! Who knew I would decide to try one little program C25K and it would change my life forever. Not only was I able to run my very 5k (3.1miles) all the way through but it led to 6 half marathons. Can you believe the girl who couldn’t run a whole mile (without walking) until she was 30 is a Half marathoner?! It makes me feel so accomplished.
I absolutely love sweating and fitness. I promise I cant get enough of it. I have left out all the other things I dabble in like mud runs, Zumba, Barre, Cycle classes, Bosu, weight training, and TRX. Though, I am still learning in these areas, I have full intention to get as much knowledge and skill as I possibly can!
I am studying to be a NASM CPT and group fitness trainer and I am living this sweat life to the fullest I can until it becomes my career. I am so happy you came by, I hope you will check out a few of my blog posts and chat it up with me in the comment sections! xoxo Carleeh
